Wynx Policy
Booking Policy
25% of your total shoot must be paid before the date of the shoot to lock us into the date
(This serves as a non-refundable deposit) . Booking can be done through my Instagram (Wynx.vfx or Wynx.visuals) or through the contact page
Payment Policy
On the day of the shoot, 50% of your total needs to be paid before any photos are taken.
The remaining 25% is paid once all the agreed-upon deliverables are sent.

Payment methods: CASH, CASHAPP, ZELLE, APPLE PAY
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule with 24 hours' notice. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability, and weather or emergency situations will be handled with flexibility.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation needs to be done 24 hours before the shoot! The 25% of the total shoot will not be refunded as it serves as your deposit.
Life brings adversity, and it can be navigated with communication!
Turnaround Policy
Most shoots have a 3-7 day turnaround time. If I think the shoot will take longer than that based on the number of deliverables, a new timetable will be given.

Client Professionalism Policy
Please arrive on time to shoots; lateness only reduces the time for us to bring your moment to life.
